Navarc is an Istanbul-based marine engineering company designing and manufacturing solar-electric catamarans and passenger ferries. Its R&D center works on hydrofoil systems, CFD-driven hull design, and electric propulsion for the Solarvess and Volster product families.
We are looking for a Marine Electrical & Controls Technician to install and commission propulsion, battery, and control systems on board Navarc vessels.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Install electrical wiring, battery systems, and control panels on board
- Commission and test propulsion and control systems before delivery
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during production and sea trials
- Follow marine electrical safety standards and quality checklists
- Document installation and test records for each vessel
Requirements:
- Vocational training in electrical, electronics, or marine systems
- Experience reading electrical schematics
- Comfort working on board vessels during outfitting and testing
- Attention to detail and safety discipline
It would be preferred if you have:
- Previous experience in boat building or marine electrical work
- Familiarity with battery management and telemetry systems

You are hands-on, safety-conscious, and comfortable working inside a hull during outfitting. You like troubleshooting real systems rather than just reading schematics, and you take pride in a clean, well-documented installation that will run reliably for years at sea.
